Full payment due before commencement of your appointment. This can be made by any card (Debit or Credit) or via BACS transfer if preferred.


Private consultations


A 50% deposit will secure your enrolment. And is due at the time of booking. The remainder balance of 50% is due within 4 weeks.


Upon payment, it is advisable to book a minimum of 3 sessions in advance to ensure continuation of the programme.


To achieve maximum benefit, programmes of 12 weeks are more are designed to be completed within a 16 week period. Completion times for shorter programmes (4 - 8 weeks) is 6 to 10 weeks.


Programmes cannot be extended beyond these times except under exceptional circumstances.


If you need to reschedule a session, this must not go beyond the maximum number of weeks.


Before the programme commences, you will be required to read, agree to and sign an informed consent form.


Group Programmes (Online)

Full payment is required before the programme commences.


Cancellation Policy


A minimum of 48 hours notice is necessary to cancel an appointment. Bookings are non- refundable.


Notice of less than 24 hours may result in your appointment being forfeited.


For online programmes, there is no refund after programme documents and materials have been sent out.

By completing an online form, downloading documents to your phone or computer, health assessment questionnaires, case taking, clinical test results, email, direct messaging, by post or phone, social media or by taking credit card and online secure payments.

Basic details such as name, address, contact details, date of birth, medical history, a description of health conditions and information obtained during a telephone conversation or Zoom call.


How we use your personal data:


We use your information to manage and administer your enrolment on a programme. This means that the legal basis of our holding your personal data is for contract purposes only.


Womb-man Wise Health is the sole owner of the information collected on the pages of this Website and elsewhere via phone, social media or any other way.


We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.


Your privacy is of the highest importance to us, and we promise never to release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes without your express permission.
